Tupac Shakur

Emerging from the chasm that was Digital Underground in the late 80s, Tupac Shakur overcame numerous palisades and adroitly paved his path to stardom with the immensely auspicious, 2Pacalypse Now (1992). The hailed "Black Prince" evolved rap methodology through betrothals with Humpty-Hump of D.U. (a.k.a. Eddie Humphrey; a.k.a. Gregory "Shock-G" Jacobs). Tupac Shakur later became a crossover hit the following year with the harmonious, Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z. (1993).

In 1994, Tupac Shakur persevered through an attempted robbery, in which Tupac was shot an aggregate of five times. In 1995, the album which annotators believe to be Tupac's most fruitful to date, both lyrically and monetarily, All Eyez on Me, was promulgated to the public. Throughout the duration of the album's mainstream tenure on the charts, it amassed sales totals upwards of 6.2 million copies its first year alone. Then the untimely demise of Tupac Shakur tragically astounded and circulated ripples throughout the Hip-Hop/Rap world. On September 13, 1996, the public's worst consternations had transformed into reality. Tupac Shakur, at the age of 25, had died due to complications involving multiple gunshot wounds he received just seven days earlier.

The rivalry between the affiliations of west and east had led to the death of the most prominent rapper of all-time. Shortly after his death, The Don Killuminati, under the cognomen of "Makaveli," was divulged to the public. The release of this album further generated ardent debate as to whether or not "The Seven Day Theory," which concerned Tupac Shakur, had any validity to it. As one of the most influential characters to the rap locale in history, Tupac Shakur was recently named one of the top grossing celebrities who are no longer "physically" alive by Forbes Magazine.
